Appearance: Xaoc is a white german shepherd wolf with short hair combed to the side, blue eyes, and long, sharp teeth. He has a lean bodybuild, and many scars over his body due to his refusal to wear real armor.

Personality: Xaoc is a fighter at heart, a genius in the art of combat. Had he actually been in the military, he'd be consider a military genius, in fact. Whereas his sister is a pacifist, Xaoc is aggression incarnate, easily angered with a frequently twisted definition of 'fun'. He wouldn't kill unless he found it absolutely necessary, but his aggressive, brash, and generally hard-headed nature pushes people away regardless, you can imagine. He's a showoff, frequently putting his life in danger to show how he's the best, and even then, Xaoc is so confident in his abilities that he would limit himself while doing so. "Basically, take my swords, I'm going to beat the crap out of this person in the bareness of space." How he's lived this long is a mystery, maybe he's just incredibly lucky, or maybe it's because he puts trust in Bonnie's special abilities to keep him alive if something goes wrong.
Xaoc is still quite intelligent even outside of combat, but it's dulled by his insomnia and caffein addiction, which may lead to his hotheadedness. He's certainly capable of piloting a city-sized spaceship nigh 24/7, which only worsens his condition, but his determination to keep his family safe keeps him going in all situations. When he does mentally crash, or when Bonnie forces him to sleep, he tends to show signs of anger and upset at himself, a short depression of how he 'failed' them. Then, he bounces right back up and does it all again. Yes, he may be a smart fighter and a great pilot, but he's not the most sane of people. Like Einstein said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

Backstory/Bio: Born only a year before the apocalypse, he was spared alongside his sister only because he was a toddler who had just gotten his cybernetic implants. Because of the apocalypse-by-attempted-genocide, not many survived, including most adults who could have served as a guardian figure to the still living children. Raised by the few scientists of the experiment left from the world's destruction, eventually at the age of 13, Xaoc and Bonnie began trying to raise themselves like a few of the other younger survivors did as the scientists were growing weary with raising so many kids. Only a city's worth of people survived the apocalypse-by-attempted-genocide and those people were almost forced into a dull, dark livelihood as they tried to stay happy and living. Xaoc was overprotective of his sister. Many kids also found the stress hard to deal with, and radiated it as aggression, picking Bonnie as an easy target. Xaoc, unsure of what to do or how to help her when they turned antagonistic toward his sister, began trying to alleviate the stress through the means of food - one of the only stress-relievers he knew still worked in this world. It was also easy to come by for him, given he was self-appointed the 'protector' of the last city, a title people only held up when it served them. He was tasked with getting resources and making sure no one else gets inside the city, and getting the resources was what made helping Bonnie so much easier.
However, this eventually led to her larger figure as all extras Xaoc got from his trips went to her. With nothing much to do but sleep in this dead world, and eating almost double the amount of a normal kid in her time, her weight skyrocketed. Even when Xaoc realized what he was doing wasn't really helping, it had already become a habit for both of them. It would help Bonnie for a short while, then the stress would come back, and he'd go for the resources again. He got into many fights over Bonnie when people tried to keep Xaoc and her from the food(despite him being the one collecting it for them), and though Bonnie tried to keep the violence down, Xaoc basically became her 'white knight', supporting her odd behaviors because she was his sister, and it was his job to protect her no matter what. This led to his quick aggression, which once again only added to her stress. It was a sick cycle, one that was only ended by the hope of escape.
Many of the younger kids, brothers and sisters of Bonnie and Xaoc's cruel peers, had been passing rumors heard from one of the oldest scientists of a project that was going on alongside Project SOMA. They always described it as a spaceship, a rocket, or a UFO, and were constantly asking Xaoc, who they considered a brave individual that they looked up to, to show them.
It was a perfect revenge - Xaoc would be able to punish all of those who wronged him and his sister in such a fitting way. He'd be taking their brothers and sisters from them. Of course, he doubted this decision, but when he realized there wouldn't be many repercussions for it since they'd be too far to even communicate with, let alone be punished by the people back at home, and feeling he could take care of these kids alongside his sister, he went through with it. Eventually, after hiding the kids while getting Bonnie to come with him to the Clockwork Carnival, the factory powering the final city and the original lab where the experiment that resulted in genocide occurred, they got to the ship with all the resources they could carry with them and left.
Bonnie was not appreciative of the kidnapping at all, as any normal person wouldn't be, but it was too late. They had many mouths to feed now, and Bonnie began to feel like Xaoc had doomed them to space. However, after touching down on the planet's space colony, those worried had started drifting away. Xaoc then continued his travels using the space city as his ship, much more living space than any of them needed, necessarily. Now, with slightly more than a city's worth of resources for them all to survive on, Bonnie lives alongside the children and her brother, exploring the galaxy with him and the... still kidnapped children.

Attire: He wears a gold-chain necklace with his "Draconic" symbol hanging from it, over his black muscle shirt. He has long, blue jeans and green, open-toed sandals.

Wingblades: A pair of crescent swords made of steel, with a plexiglass container in the blade. It is not easy to break in the slightest, and the glass was charmed to catch energy from Xaoc's body, which in its physical form is a green liquid. With this green liquid in the chambers, he can either heal himself 1 HP per turn at a cost of 1 special or increase his stats excluding HP by half at a cost of 5 special. With them, he can also somehow fly, and if he throws them they will come back like boomerangs. (Attack +6, Speed +7)

Skills/abilities:
Wallrunning: Yes, he can run on walls.

Quick Slash: For a single RP post, if Xaoc is close to an opponent, he begins rapidly swinging the blades left, right, and diagonally across his opponent. This can be given away by some head motions, though not always.

Wingblade Rush: Xaoc accelerates with the blades at his side, ramming into opponents before dealing heavy damage with a Wingblade slash.

Power Slash: Swings a large amount of draconic energy from his blades, costing 2 special.

Flash Slash: Moves extremely quickly at opponents, before slashing downwards on them.

Machine Control: A shared ability with his sister and the kids, as well as most anyone who comes from their world. Xaoc has minor control over NPC robots and various forms of technology, capable of 'mental hacks'. If a door is locked with a code input, he can just switch it to automatically open for her, basically. This also means that he can manipulate their coding without much thought put into it, but she can only do it for about 2 turns. All people with his type of cybernetics also have AR when in the presence of a source of internet and can see other people's AR systems. On the ship, these AR systems can be seen even by people without the cybernetics due to the entire city technically being a holodeck(they appear to those without cybernetics as very 'realistic' looking holograms). Xaoc specifically uses his AR abilities as a targeting system, allowing him to keep aimed at an opponent.

Draconic Apex: When angered, he can cut his HP in half and double all of his other stats, making him a very odd 'speedy glass-tank' fighter. His blades merge with his arms while green energy envelops him, forming draconic-features such as a long, spiked tail and claws. In this form, Xaoc can fire a laser of draconic energy from his mouth, he gains a minor teleportation(up to 5 meters), and it amplifies his AR targeting system through natural targeting. It can only last for 5 turns before Xaoc transforms back, stats reverted back to normal excluding HP and Special. Special's original value is cut in half, HP increasing by 1 each post until it returns to normal HP.
